User Content & Licenses

• You retain ownership of content you upload (designs, images).
• You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to generate mockups and operate the service.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload and process the content you submit.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse service limits.

Billing & Credits

• Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance; unused credits may expire at the end of each billing period.
• You authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period.

Intellectual Property

All site content, templates, software, and branding are owned by MockupBee.io or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockupBee.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
