How does MockupBee work?+
Upload your designs, choose mockup templates, and click Generate. MockupBee automates the repetitive work I used to do manually in Placeit and Photoshop for my own Etsy print-on-demand shop.
What is a bulk mockup generator?+
A bulk mockup generator creates many product mockups from multiple designs and templates in one workflow. For example, 50 designs applied to 20 templates can create up to 1000 mockup results without editing each image one by one.
How many designs can I upload at once?+
You can upload up to 50 design files at once, then combine them with selected templates to create Etsy, Shopify, and print-on-demand mockups in bulk.
What file formats can I upload?+
MockupBee supports JPG, PNG, and WEBP design uploads. Custom PSD uploads are available for sellers who want to reuse their own branded mockups without opening Smart Objects manually.
How do credits work?+
Each generated mockup uses 1 credit. If you upload 10 designs and apply them to 5 templates, MockupBee creates 50 mockups and uses 50 credits.
Can I use generated mockups commercially?+
Yes. Paid plans include commercial usage rights for Etsy listings, Shopify product pages, ads, social posts, client work, and other product marketing.
Is MockupBee good for Etsy sellers?+
Yes. MockupBee was built by an Etsy POD seller because 100 products can easily mean 800-1000 mockups. It is designed for sellers who need consistent listing images without spending countless hours on manual editing.
Can I use MockupBee for Shopify?+
Yes. Generated mockups can be used on Shopify product pages, collection pages, ads, landing pages, and other sales channels where consistent product visuals matter.
Can I use designs made in Canva or Photopea?+
Yes. You can create designs in Canva, Photopea, Photoshop, or another design tool, export them as JPG, PNG, or WEBP, and upload them to MockupBee. If you already have PSD mockups, you can upload those as part of your workflow too.
Do I need Photoshop experience to use MockupBee?+
No. MockupBee is designed to reduce the technical work, not add more of it. You do not need to manage Smart Objects or know Photoshop well to start generating mockups in the browser.
What types of mockups are supported?+
MockupBee supports built-in mockup categories like posters, canvas, t-shirts, hoodies, and other print-on-demand scenes. You can also upload your own PSD mockups if you want to keep a custom branded style.
Does MockupBee automatically fit and center my design?+
Yes. MockupBee auto-fits and centers designs inside supported mockup areas by default. The final look can still vary depending on the shape of your design and the proportions of the selected mockup.
Do you offer support if I need help?+
Yes. If you get stuck with uploads, PSD mockups, credits, or generation, support is available. We typically respond within 24 hours and can help you get your workflow moving.
Do you offer refunds?+
Unused credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you want to test whether MockupBee fits your workflow first, start with the guest trial before purchasing a plan.
