Do I need Photoshop to use MockupBee?
No. MockupBee runs in the browser, so you can generate bulk mockups without installing Photoshop, paying for an Adobe subscription, or using a Photoshop plugin.
Can I use my own PSD mockups?
Yes. MockupBee is built around your own PSD mockups. Registered users can save PSD mockups in their dashboard, and guest users can test temporary PSD uploads before creating an account.
Can I try MockupBee without signing up?
Yes. New guest users can start generating with 30 free credits. Create an account when you want to save your PSD mockups and keep your library permanently.
How is MockupBee different from Photoshop bulk mockup plugins?
Photoshop plugins still require Photoshop, a capable computer, and plugin setup. MockupBee gives Etsy and Shopify sellers a browser-based workflow with one subscription and no Adobe dependency.
Can I still use MockupBee templates?
Yes. Your own mockups are the primary workflow, and the MockupBee library is available as a bonus when you need starter mockups or extra product scenes.
Can I use designs made in Canva or Photopea?
Yes. You can create your designs in Canva, Photopea, Photoshop, or another design tool, export them as JPG, PNG, or WEBP, and upload them to MockupBee for generation. If you already have PSD mockups, you can upload those too.
Do I need Photoshop experience to use MockupBee?
No. MockupBee is meant to simplify the workflow, not make it more technical. You upload your designs, choose your mockups, and generate in the browser without managing Smart Objects or learning Photoshop.
What types of mockups can I generate?
You can generate poster, canvas, t-shirt, hoodie, and other print-on-demand mockups from the MockupBee library, or use your own PSD mockups for a more custom branded workflow.
Does MockupBee automatically fit the design inside the mockup?
Yes. MockupBee auto-fits and centers designs inside supported mockup areas by default. Final results still depend on your design proportions and the mockup format, so some designs may look better on certain templates than others.
What if I need help getting started?
Support is available if you get stuck. If something is unclear in your workflow, reach out and we can help you get your designs, PSD mockups, or generation setup working properly. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
